Why Shotcrete?
When properly applied, SHOTCRETE, also referred to as “Gunite,” is an extremely strong and durable material. It is highly resistant to weathering and many forms of chemical attack. When applied under pressure to a properly prepared surface, SHOTCRETE demonstrates its uniquely remarkable ability to bond naturally to most any surface and at any angle. SHOTCRETE is heat resistant to a high degree, and this property can be enhanced by using refractory cements. Since absorption is very low it becomes an excellent waterproofing medium. Its resistance to abrasion is superior to that of other concrete made from similar aggregates.
Due to its unique physical properties and specialized method of application, SHOTCRETE has limitless capabilities in many fields.
